At 4AM, Brighton Firefighters responded to a report of a house on fire on Elmwood Avenue, just down the block from the 12 Corners station. The on duty volunteer and career crew arrived quickly and discovered a fire in an attached garage. Chief Hiller had command of the incident and the fire was quickly brought under control.
